Qutting cigarettes is a difficult habit to break. It’s never too late to quit smoking cigarettes and there is never a better time than the present to do it. So if you want to quit now, I mean right now, you are going to need to put down that cigarette, I know it’s so easy to smoke while you’re sitting there on the computer but you have to start sometime.

Quitting will require you to break your addiction to nicotine and your addiction  to the habit of smoking.
